SMF 2012 VENDORS

We are now accepting Vendor Applications for the 2012 Sawtooth Music Festival. Please read through the following VENDOR NOTES carefully. After reading through the notes on this page you may submit an Online Application.

*Please contact Event Services if you require an electrical hook-up, 20 amps max.

VENDOR NOTES

• No vendor application will be considered without payment. If we are unable to accommodate your booth, you will be refunded the full amount, minus a $15 application fee.

• Nonprofits receive a 25% discount, use code nonprof25. Local businesses receive a 15% discount, code local15. Discount calculated at checkout.

• No outside vendor may sell alcoholic beverages at the event. Violators subject to fines and prosecution.

• Vendors provide own display booths. Canopies are recommended but must not interfere with other vending booths.

• As food booths are limited, we will not duplicate main food items such as hot dogs, pizza, etc. Side items such as chips, etc. may be sold at any booth. Preference will be given to local vendors.

• Food vendors requiring power will supply a high-quality, heavy-duty electrical cord that will meet their amperage needs, as well as a fire extinguisher. District 7 State Health Department requires licenses for booths selling foods containing meat and/or dairy products.

• Each vendor must complete Form ST-124, Idaho Sales Tax Declaration, Promoter-Sponsored Event. Each vendor must also collect and remit the Stanley City Option Tax of 2.5%. Both forms will be in your vendor packet at the gate.

• Camping is permitted at Pioneer Park in Stanley on Friday, July 27th and Saturday July 28th.
