FAQ

Alcohol
Outside alcohol is allowed in the camping area. It is not allowed inside festival gates. Alcohol will be served at the Backstage Bar within the festival to patrons 21+ with ID. We hope you will join us Saturday morning at our bloody mary/mimosa bar.
Camping
Camping is permitted on both Friday and Saturday nights. Camping is $10/car per night. There is no Friday only camping ticket. View ticket page for further details. We encourage you to squish as many people as you can in the car. In fact we are considering a clown car competition for 2012! Camping passes must be displayed on your dashboard if you are parked in the camping area. See camping map.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome at the Sawtooth Music Festival. Please clean up after your dog and do not allow your dog to linger at food booths. We want to continue to allow dogs and will do so until there are complaints from vendors and other concert goers. Don’t let your dog ruin it for the rest of our well-behaved friends! Please also be aware that there is a leash law in Stanley.
Fires
Fires are allowed in the bbq pits in the camping area. Fires are not allowed on the grass. We feel like this is obvious but apparently not.
Re-Entry
Re-Entry – Once you have a bracelet you can come and go as you please. Feel free to walk into town. Those with weekend passes will get one bracelet for both Friday & Saturday. Take it easy on your bracelet Friday night!
RV’s
RVs are welcome in the campground at Pioneer Park. There are no hook-ups. Camping is available Friday & Saturday nights. You must purchase a camping ticket. There are currently no size restrictions, though there is a tight turn heading up to the park. If your RV is extra large or if you have questions please email info@sawtoothmusicfestival.com
Ticket Questions
Tickets are available online and at the gates only. Tickets are $5 more at the door and are subject to both Idaho State sales tax (6%) and the Stanley City Option Tax (2.5%). Camping tickets will sell out so get your tickets early.

** TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE **

Volunteer
Volunteers are required to work a 2 hour shift and receive a T-shirt, free entry and camping pass on the day of your shift only. You may work a 2-hr shift both days to receive free entry to the entire festival. Please note, you will be asked to enter a credit card # when you sign up for a shift. Your card will not be charged when you sign up. Nor will you be charged if you cancel or don’t show up for your shift. You will only be charged if you enter the festival early and do not show up for your shift, at which point you will be charged the full ticket price for the day.
Weather Policy
As a mountain town, weather generally moves through rather quickly, allowing us to delay for a short time but ultimately continue. When extreme weather (lightning & heavy winds) threatens the safety of fans, musicians, or staff, we will stop the music and clear a 60ft diameter around the stage. This is for the safety everyone. After the events at the Indiana State Fair and Pukkelpop Music Festival, we hope you will take this as seriously as we do. As music lovers we always want the show to go on, but wherever there is a question of safety, we will always err on the side of caution.
